The Art and Science of Survival

This is the first edition of the e-Mirror of Time Newsletter - a free on-Line, feature developed by FAMA international as part of our information network initiative. It's main objective is to tackle the issues that matter, as reflection of time and change in the city of Sarajevo and the Balkans. Intended to broaden-up the information horizons for our members, site visitors and the project users.

The first issue, with its symbolical connotations, has been dedicated to exploring the secrets of the Sarajevo Siege Survival Phenomenon in a more philosophical and personal manner. Portrayed through series of articles, essays and project editorial/reviews that provide a very personal input to this tragic and at the same time aspiring event. While introducing Presidential DOSSIER overview on the three key political figures who were heading the former Yugoslavia states during the war and have signed the Dayton Peace Accords; Slobodan Milosevic (Serbia), Franjo Tudjman (Croatia) and Alija Izetbegovic (Bosnia Herzegovina).

We leave you in belief, that you will appreciate our work and efforts that we have invested in this cause since 1992, and will continue to use our projects while visiting our site for constant updates - reflected through the Newsletter and upcoming FAMA e-Club features.
