FAMA 1991-1992
"Anticipating the changes of the emerging post-communism, FAMA was a pioneer in development of the independent TV media in the Balkans. It has set standards to quality broadcasting and marketing by introducing a new genre called "political entertainment", which was a shock for a public used to the repressive treatment of politics as something deadly serious. Consequently, it was also the first privately produced program to be broadcasted on the Communist-owned, TV network, throughout the Former Yugoslavia."
